Taking a Closer Look at the Justin Alexander Signature “Verses in Contrast” Collection

The Spring 2025 “Verses in Contrast” collection by Justin Alexander Signature is an encapsulation of dreams, inspired by love and beauty.

The launch of the Justin Alexander Signature “Verses in Contrast” Spring 2025 Collection took the bridal world by storm when classic and timeless wedding gowns were spray-painted by “Sexdreams” graffiti artist Gioele Corradengo – a collaboration that broke barriers in bridal fashion and aimed to bring donations to VOW for Girls, a global movement to end child marriage.

Following the excitement of the launch in March 2024, we are taking a closer look at the “Verses in Contrast” collection, behind the graffiti art.  From the excellence in tailoring through modern seaming, structured corsets, and flattering ruching to the statement details like pearl accents, exposed boning and floral artistry illustrated with brocades, oversized rosettes, and 3D florals, these gowns are a work of art at its very finest.

Dabira Gown

The Dabira gown is a sleek and stunning square neckline ball gown, featuring couture seaming, sculptural statements, and a dramatic skirt that exudes powerful femininity. This modest piece incredibly transforms with the removal of the detachable sleeves, creating 2 looks in 1.

Nalani Gown

Made with stretch Mikado, this A-line beauty features a brocade cuffed neckline and a dramatic high slit, revealing a mini skirt underneath. This modern style is finished with Mikado-covered buttons extending to the end of the chapel-length train.

Whitman Gown

Minimalistic yet timeless, Whitman is a satin A-line gown featuring a sweetheart neckline, an inset waistline and buttons extending to the end of the chapel-length train. This style is also beautifully paired with a stunning long organza veil adorned with rosettes along the hemline. What a statement!

Dickinson Gown

The Dickinson gown is not a limited-edition spray-painted gown but is one of our favorites from the collection. Dickinson is an ode to the beautiful floral statements we see throughout the collection, with delicate floral appliqués cascading down each side of the gown, accentuating bridal curves. This Mikado Fit and Flare gown features lace embroidery, a chapel-length train, and for extra drama, a stunning detachable train with more floral appliqués.

Bradstreet Gown

Brandstreet is a sophisticated brocade fit-and-flare gown adorned with V-neckline and a scoop back. For an added stunning effect the gown can be paired with a detachable brocade train with signature rosette detailing at the back waistline.
