Randy Fenoli Launches New Goddess & Heavenly Collections in Europe

Bridal Times had the great opportunity to catch up with U.S. celebrity designer, Randy Fenoli to talk about his new Goddess & Heavenly Collections.

In the weeks leading up to the Global Bridal House Event in Amsterdam, where the Modeca, GBS Herve Paris, Libelle, and Randy Fenoli Bridal brands unveiled their new collections, anticipation was high due to the captivating Randy Fenoli Goddess Video campaign circulating on social media.

In a filled ballroom on the Global Bridal House runway, Fenoli delighted viewers with the presentation of his latest stunning Goddess and Heavenly Collections – and it’s nothing short of glamour. The Goddess Collection showcased breathtaking fit-and-flare silhouettes, timeless elegant ballgowns, luxurious fabrics, and most noticeably, gowns adorned with pearls and astonishing sparkle.

The Heavenly Collection was also a spectacular variation of mermaid silhouettes to romantic ballgowns with a striking modern twist. From clean cuts to fashion-forward designs, the collection boasts 3D petals adding a special whimsical touch to the bridal look.

With so many showstopping gowns in the collections Randy openly says, “I am honestly excited about the actual Goddess Dress from the Goddess collection, and I have never said that about any dresses in my collections. I love the cut, the sparkle, the 3-D flowers, the slit in the front, it’s just a magical dress and it fits beautifully from the smallest to the largest size. I was recently at a trunk show and I sold 7 in one day.”

The collections also emit a sexy vibe with high slits, side cut-outs, low necklines but also carefully created features which Randy calls, “Grandma Approved”. Randy believes that all brides want to feel and be sexy on their wedding day and that doesn’t mean she has to be revealing to do so. Randy goes on to say, “Audrey Hepburn was sexy. Grace Kelly was sexy. So I don’t think a woman has to show everything to be sexy. I think sexy is the way a bride carries herself in her dress and if she has the right dress on and feels beautiful, she is going to be sexy.”

As in previous collections, detachable and a variety of wedding day looks take center stage in Randy Fenoli’s Goddess Collection. The 2-1 “Gigi” gown closed out the fashion show to gasps and applause, as the A-line overskirt of the gown was dropped to the floor to reveal a stunning short fringe beaded mini-dress underneath. The Gigi gown was perfectly designed to bridge the transition from the elegant ceremony to the wedding party, making it an ideal choice for the 2 in 1 wedding day look.

Of the many features in his gowns, Randy also likes to mention that he places pockets in his designs since brides love them although he jokingly adds that he sees no reason for them unless she is going to place a bottle of vodka in there!

Randy was also on hand at the Global Bridal House event to showcase individual gowns from his collections, answer the many questions from retailers and give helpful advice on various challenges faced by bridal shop owners in their daily operations.

As for what is next for the celebrity designer, the list is quite long or for the most part, under wraps! Randy Fenoli Bridal in the U.S. and Randy Fenoli Bridal Europe has him quite busy, but we can all look forward to seeing in the collections at the upcoming Si Sposaitalia in Milan, European Bridal Week and on the runway at the upcoming Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week.
