Mindset and Management: Essential Tools for a Successful Business
The Bridal Boss Summit hosted by Bridal Business Coaching was held on the 5th of November in Frankfurt to an exclusive group of bridal business owners from different regions of Germany.
Anja Grosche from Bridal Business Coaching and her dynamic team sparked a wave of enthusiasm and energy throughout the venue with their well-known charismatic presence. Participants were welcomed in a festive atmosphere and seated at tables decorated with gifts that would make any “Bridal Boss” proud of their jobs.

The message of “Enjoy the journey” shared by Anja Grosche, emphasized the importance of appreciating the moment and cultivating a love for the bridal business job. Anja stressed how essential it is to focus on one’s inner strength and a healthy mindset to get through busy and stressful work days. She illuminated the characteristic mental attitude of “Mindset”, which is a kind of “Wellness of the Mind”, to help business owners approach every day challenges in a new light and avoid the risk of burnout.
Sabrina Klabuhn of Bridal Business Coaching, took the stage and covered the significant aspects of effective management. She highlighted the importance of open communication, team leadership, and creating an inspiring work environment. Her advice offered valuable tips on how to motivate employees and connect with them better through shared experiences.
An inspiring highlight of the Bridal Boss Summit was the lecture by Andrea Jacobeit from ‘La Dolce Vita Berlin’. She shared her experiences on the application of Feng Shui in retail and how she transformed her salon into an inviting place for guests, “not customers”. Her ideas on store lighting, decoration, and other aspects drew enthusiastic applause and prompted comments and reflection of one’s own bridal shop design and decor.
Sonja Haar, CEO and holistic life coach, then led business owners on an introspective journey to understand one’s inners self and purpose. Her focus was on how to ensure resilient and successful business management through authenticity and self-confidence.
The Bridal Boss Summit then took a “full-on” business turn once again, with tax experts Bettina and Marcus Friedberg from Bettina Loeschin & Kollegen, as they provided valuable insights into the world of finance, answered pressing questions, and gave practical tips for tax savings.
After a full day of presentations, the summit concluded with an interesting panel discussion covering topics from managing internal challenges, maintaining a goal-oriented mindset, to tips on how to keep a healthy work environment. The Bridal Boss Summit sent business owners off with music, networking and a glass of Prosecco, leaving a lasting impression and much to think about on the journey home.
