The countdown is on: the halls are fully booked, the list of exhibitors includes popular new entries, and top international brands are presenting their 2019 collections. The INTERBRIDE trade fair is preparing for its sixth year. Exhibitors and visitors anticipating an earlier date, an optimised hall layout, and new business concepts will certainly get their money’s worth.
Düsseldorf, 21/03/2018 – INTERBRIDE is preparing to set a new record in its sixth year: more than 180 exhibitors presenting over 380 different collections — including exciting new additions — are registered for the event. The organisers of INTERBRIDE have made it their goal to top last year’s fair. “With our triad of strong international brands, networking concepts, and the well-known high quality of our trade fair, we offer a unique industry and fashion experience,” explains Hermann Thole, consultant to Messe GmbH. The fair will open its doors in one and a half months.
New – Different – Better
New hall concept: The 2018 INTERBRIDE fair will be relocating to halls 8a and 8b on the site in Düsseldorf. By going back to where everything started in 2013, the organisers are hoping to find a new direction.

For the first time, visitors will be able to experience the exhibitors in four theme-clusters: bride, groom, eveningwear and event fashion, and accessories. Companies from the same industry with the same target groups will be clustered together in specific areas to present their products and services. Visitors will benefit from this change in three ways: they will receive a more in-depth product experience, have shorter distances to walk, and will no longer need to search around for manufacturers.
New additions to the exhibitor list: Top brands all together in one place. Never before have the halls been sold out to capacity so early. The following brands will be on exhibition for the first time this year:
Ariamo, Carlo Pignatelli, Dolce Vita Fashion, Fely Campo, Gabbiano, Giacomo Conti, LQ Design London, Little Mistress, Magic Bodyfashion, Promulias, R. Framboise, Rosera, Selestia, Sposa Group / Atelier Sposa, Un Hautre Couture, Unique Chic & Holland, Valérie Delville, Vanderwilde, Victoria & Vincent.
A focus on evening and event fashion: 30 specialist manufacturers will present their products in a space of more than 2,000 square meters — giving this fair an exclusive focus on evening wear and event fashion. In terms of intensity and density, this amount of brand diversity is unique on an international scale.
Pure networking: Conversations with other industry experts form an essential part of any trade fair visit. The INTERBRIDE fair will commence with the first Business Talk event on Saturday, 5th May at 6pm, during which trade and industry members will be invited to participate in an intensive “off the record” exchange. An evening event for visitors and exhibitors will be held for the first time on Sunday, 6th May. A second Business Talk event will follow on Monday, 7th May.
INTERBRIDE turns the ordering business into a holistic experience and its philosophy, “from the industry, for the industry”, is more alive than ever this year. Shahin Moghadam, UNIQUE company founder, creative director, and first-time exhibitor at INTERBRIDE, also views it this way: “We see the trade fair as an interesting platform for our company and look forward to participating in the event for the first time this year.”
