Austria – On May 29, 2020, the federal government announced the relaxation of the ban on events, paving the way for newlyweds and their weddings this summer.
Weddings are possible again, although some rules apply. The number of guests is initially limited to 100 guests and the distance regulation applies in some cases. The wedding industry now wants to encourage spontaneous couples or couples who have become uncertain over the past few weeks to take the step into married life this summer.

As a bride and groom, you select the desired wedding date and receive a list of available professionals and their offers for the wedding ceremony in summer 2020. “The wedding service providers’ appointments are anything but full. Therefore, the platform “Last Minute Wedding” offers the possibility to book services and products at short notice, ”explains Bianca Lehrner the idea behind the web portal.
Wedding planning is made easier and significantly shortened for newlyweds. So it is also possible to start the preparations now and hold a successful and carefree wedding celebration in July, August and September.
