Bridal Times had the chance to catch up with Twilight Designs ahead of the Interbride to find out more about what makes them a success.
-Twilight Designs is now celebrating 10 Years in business. How has Twilight Designs evolved to what it is now today?
It is amazing to see the brand growing bigger and better every year. These years of growth and development make us the best choice for bridal accessories, and we believe strongly in working in close partnership with bridal retailers. We promise to always remain trade only and never deal directly with the public. Currently in the industry this is important as well as keeping our prices reasonable and our range up to date. We very rarely discontinue our styles because we understand that even though trends can always change, traditional styles have good longevity.
What contributing factors have made Twilight Designs a success?
Our range is so comprehensive that we meet the needs of nearly every end user. We launched our new collection at London Bridal Fashion Week in March making our range now in an excess of 300 pieces, including veils, tiaras, hair pieces, jewellery sets, belts, garters and bracelets. We also aim to always keep our prices competitve making the oppurtunity for profit much bigger.
-Not only is Twilight Designs celebrating a 10th anniversary, but just recently won “Best Headdress” at the RBA Awards! What does this award mean for Twilight Designs?
Winning the award was not only a huge surprise but also a privilege! We feel very proud and thankful to have the support of bridal retailers. We will always work in partnership with bridal retailers to ensure success for everyone.

Have you noticed a shift in trend in certain items from your collection?
We very rarely discontinue our styles because we understand that even though trends can always change, they do also come back around. In our new collection we added more gold and rose gold to our hair accessories and tiaras. We also have seen a higher demand for blush and champagne veils. We work closely with our retailers to ensure we are producing items they want and need.
Tell us about your latest collection and what exciting things Twilight Designs will be presenting at the Interbride?
Our latest collection is one of biggest yet, with new pieces in every department. We have also launched a new collection of bridal belts with size options.
Our new range has already been an incredible success at many UK trade shows including London Bridal Fashion Week.
What would you say is a favorite Twilight Designs accessory amongst bridal retailers?
It is hard to choose a favorite as the range is so comprehensive, however veil TLV 8012 has always proved very popular with our customers.
Bridal Retailers may now join the fun with the Twilight Designs 10th anniversary. Tell us about that.
For each month of 2019 we will be holding a prize draw for our retailers. These prizes can be anything up to the value of £500. So far, we have awarded the following prizes to our loyal customers, a £500 holiday voucher and a £500 credit to a bridal supplier of their choice.
To enter; for every £125 net you spend then you receive an entry to the prize draw. At the end of the following month we announce the winner! This is truly giving away something for nothing as our customers are receiving not only their products but also receiving the chance to win some amazing prizes!
