The new year has started with some very exciting news for the Rosa Clará Group. Daniel Clará, the only son of the firm’s founder and heir to the leading Spanish bridal wear brand, has announced his engagement to his American girlfriend, Anne-Marie Colling.
Daniel Clará, who trained as an architect and subsequently obtained an MBA in the United States, became a member of the Company’s Board of Directors in 2019. Since this time, he has held different roles in product, marketing and sales areas within the company. Anne-Marie holds a degree in Business Economics and a Masters from the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan. They have had a very discreet relationship since they met almost four years ago in Milan.

The wedding announcement is the beginning of an exciting challenge for the firm’s founder, entrepreneur and designer Rosa Clará: “It’s very exciting that my only son is getting married and a real challenge to dress Anne-Marie as a bride. Dani has grown up surrounded by wedding dresses. It will be very difficult to surprise him and even more difficult to keep the details of the bride’s dress secret.”
Daniel Clará understands the interest generated by the news of his marriage: “It’s a very important decision in a person’s life. The wedding will take place in Europe next year, but we still don’t have any details.” For the moment, the only thing that is certain is that the bride will wear several exclusive designs made to measure by the firm. “I couldn’t be in better hands for the design of my wedding dress,” says Anne-Marie.
The wedding promises to be a great celebration, combining Spanish and American traditions in a party with guests from all over the world, given the international profiles of the couple. This is a very special event for the company, which has designed clothes for Rafael Nadal’s wedding to Mery Perelló and that of Leo Messi to Antonela Roccuzzo. This time, the designer faces her most exciting challenge: to create a dress for her own son’s bride.
