The ongoing pandemic is still keeping the wedding sector on its toes. Around 34,000 people got married in Austria in 2021 and has made this commited and strong industry possible.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Austrian Wedding Award is once again bringing\u00a0 outstanding service providers onto the virtual stage of honor for their special achievements.<\/p>\n

This year, the expert jury examined and evaluated around 800 projects from the 2021 season from all over Austria.<\/p>\n

The teams for the styled shoots were remarkably motivated with more than 40 creative projects submitted in this category. The top 10 were also evaluated by a public vote in addition to the jury.<\/p>\n

This year’s awards will be presented on January 31, 2022 via live stream from the AWA studio in Vienna. The judges will announce the winners and post the winners online.<\/p>\n

The prizes are awarded in 32 categories. The new category “Green Wedding” also impressed juror Martin Rohla – a diversely committed entrepreneur, idea generator and investor in sustainable companies and projects.<\/p>\n

TO THE AUSTRIAN WEDDING AWARD<\/p>\n

The Austrian Wedding Award was initiated in 20016 by Bianca Lehrner Die Hochzeitsplaner<\/em> & Susanne Hummel Die HochzeitsHummel <\/em>and is the only Austria-wide award for the most creative wedding service providers. The awards are also affectionately called “The Oscars of the Wedding Industry”. Projects in around 30 categories are evaluated annually by a national and international jury of experts. The Wedding Award was brought to Germany as a franchise in 2020, where the Wedding Award Germany will be presented for the second time in March 2022.<\/p>\n
