Haus der Braut & Gentleman in M\u00f6nchengladbach Germany was awarded the best specialist shop for bridal and groom suits in Germany<\/p>\n

Once again, Haus der Braut, the leading specialist shop for brides and grooms since 1968, has been recognized for its special achievements, and now by an English business magazine. Sabine Kuch, owner of Haus der Braut, says: “I was totally surprised when I received an email from England a few months ago with the nomination. And now the news has come that we are among this year’s winners.”<\/p>\n

In a second step, Sabine Kuch provided detailed information about the company and put together links to social media campaigns, photos of events and customer reviews: “I suspect the jury particularly liked the fact that we have been in business for 50 years and repositioning ourselves again and again, and always presenting new manufacturers from all over Europe, including England in our shop. Our in-house studio and the many positive reviews have certainly contributed to this. We are all very proud of this special award and are starting the new 2022 wedding season with this motivation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The prize was intended in particular for companies that have mastered the past year. The impact of COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruption across many industries, and each company has faced unique challenges. In order to successfully advance from nominee to winner, the nominated company must demonstrate a high level of expertise and skill, a dedication to customer service and customer satisfaction, and a continuous commitment to excellence and innovation.<\/p>\n

While the shop was closed, the Haus der Braut team produced self-sewn community masks that were sold online, remained in constant contact with its customers, and answered questions via WhatsApp, Instagram or team meetings. The team always found a solution for short-term weddings depending on the Corona situation, or communion dresses that had become too small after postponed dates. “We were funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia as part of the project “Think digital and stationary retail together”, which certainly contributed to our good performance,” says Sabine.<\/p>\n
